In this Module you will learn how to print your Excel file and manipulate the header, footer and margins. This allows your data to be presentation ready when printed, rather than simply a collection of numbers when printed out. Please walk through this module and then test yourself using the assessments and activities located in the left hand menu.
In addition to the online Excel module, you will also find a downloadable PDF document that allows you to work without having a web page open, and video clips that will provide a more active walk through for you to follow.

o Print a specific range of cells
o Change the layout format
o Change page margins
o Add and edit headers, footers and page number
o Add borders
o Print cell gridlines and row and column numbers
